The church of Saints Constantine and Helen stands on Çağatay Street in Paşabahçe. According to a 2011 community report, it was built in the early 1840s and took its present form when it was rebuilt after the 1894 earthquake; the inscription above the door states that construction was completed on 26 October 1894. It is a masonry basilica without an outer courtyard; according to a mid-20th-century description, the vaulted roof rests on ten columns, the floor is of marble and the carved wooden iconostasis is painted white. In 2011 services were held in rotation with the churches of Beykoz and Kandilli. At Easter 2013 the Resurrection service was held in the church again, for the first time in about forty years.
